Thank you for shopping at Swootsy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Postage
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with images of the damaged item. We will assess the issue and provide further instructions on returning the item or receiving a replacement.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been Despatched. Once an order has been Despatched, the returns policy will apply.
Exceptions
- Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items are non-returnable.
Legal Rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our Returns and Refund Policy.
